As an Account Manager at Capital Lighting, the selected candidate will be tasked with the following organizational responsibilities:
Named Account Relationship, Account Process and Account Growth
- Champion the customer at all levels internally and externally.
- Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements, through on-site visits as warranted.
- Expand the relationships with existing customers by proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
- Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner.
- Manage customer appointment and order flow.
